The girl at service counter is ridiculous!

Tonight is the first time we visited this restaurant, we booked a table for 6 at 6:30pm and arrived right at 6:30pm. There was a long queue of people at the entrance, which we saw was queuing for sea urchin, so we went right into the restaurant. We found another waiter, who asked whether we know our table number. I told him of course we don't know as we only know the booking number. The waiter was not interested in showing us the way at all and just told us to go back to the entrance and find the service counter. We went back to the entrance and found the service counter, but noone was there. A minute later the service counter girl came back, we told her our booking number but she told us right a way that it's past 6:30pm, and our table was released to other customers already! We asked why didn't she call before releasing our table, she said she did! I swear noone ever called! I then asked what we could do, she dare to say that nothing could be done now, goodbye! ! That is ridiculous! Lucky later on we found a manager and said she could give us a table later, but only after 7:30pm, we said that's too late.

Service counter waitress is very important to a restaurant as she is the first to serve a customer. Because of this idiot service counter girl, I'll never visit this restaurant again, and I'll tell my friends not to visit this restaurant too!
