It is a shop for decades, a very solid down-to-earth Cantonese bistro, no gimmick, no thrills, honest cooking, basic dishes. Great taste.
Fried Pig Tribe is one of the, if not the, best I have ever had. Cleaned properly, fried with ginger and spring onion with good seasoning, giving it a dried and kicky taste, yet the freshness taste of the tribe is still delectable.
Fried Fish Belly, crunchy on the outside, fresh and moist still in the inside, salty and flavourful on the outside, fresh river fish taste on the inside. The dish is done to perfection hands down.

Servers hid the lunch menu from us and made us order from the a la carte (almost twice as expensive). When being called out, the waitress made up tons of excuses that didn’t even make sense.
Lunch menu is from $65 which comes with rice and soup. Whereas the a la carte of the same is a slightly larger portion (but too much for lunch) and is about $108, not including rice or soup.
The food is not bad, but you can have similar food in many other local restaurants.
