DO NOT RECOMMEND! I think all the positive reviews were fake.We have two Sukiyaki sets on sunday afteroon at around 14.00. We have even ordered sashimi set and few beers and a bottle of red wine. The food was barely ok and the service is horrible. We have sit on 13.51 and 14.15 they have asked us to pay for the bill because it was last order. We planned to order more wine but they insist they need to rest at 15.00 so we have to clear the table and swallow all the food no matter how at 15.00. I think the service is horribly poor. Of coz they can take rest at 15.00 but if you see the customers are having so much food and wine. They should be more flexible moreover cleaning one table doesnt cost much time. The Toy House has numerous Japanese restaurants within it, so you’re basically spoilt for choice if you’re looking for Japanese food. We wandered into Zenpachi which is on the 6th floor and managed to get a table for two even though it’s 1:15pm. I didn’t want the shabu-shabu and hence opted for the beef curry rice set. Good address for quality ingredients and good choice. The restaurant has lunch menus below 200HKD, while for dinner the prices go naturally up. Reservation is advisable, especially in peak hours or if you want to have a nice booth with Kowloon Park view. The environment is pleasant and the service swift.
