The *Assorted Sashimi Platter * ($450) arrives as a visual feast, featuring a vibrant array of tuna, amberjack, salmon, scallop, sweet shrimp, horse mackerel, and sea urchin. The tuna, served in its lean "akami" cut, boasts a deep crimson hue and a pure, clean fish flavour with minimal fat — a choice that leans into the natural taste of the sea. Salmon belly, in contrast, offers a rich, buttery mouthful, its marbled fat melting luxuriously on the tongue. The horse mackerel’s pale pink-white flesh carries a subtle sweetness and a mild umami that lingers delicately.
The Matsudo Seafood Salad ($95) adds a creative twist to tradition. A delicate layer of crispy tempura batter crowns the salad, adding an unexpected crunch that contrasts beautifully with the fresh sashimi cubes inside — including salmon, squid, and tuna. Bursts of briny salmon roe lend each bite a pop of oceanic intensity, making this dish both refreshing and indulgent.
The Salt-Grilled Chicken Wings ($68) are butterflied for ease and grilled over charcoal until the skin reaches a satisfying crisp. Simply seasoned with salt, the smoky exterior enhances the natural flavour of the juicy chicken within — a minimalist approach that highlights the quality of the base ingredient.
The Okinawan Goya Chanpuru ($88) features bitter melon stir-fried with pork and scrambled egg — a home-style dish straight from the kitchens of Okinawa. The bitter melon retains its signature crunch and mild bitterness, which is balanced by the savoury richness of pork and the softness of egg. The result is a bold, earthy dish that delivers a uniquely addictive...

The "Deep-fried Beef & Potato Croquette ($70)" was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with juicy beef and creamy mashed potato. The textures were amazing!
The "Japanese Omelette ($18)" might seem simple, but it takes real skill to make it this perfect. Fluffy, eggy, and just the right balance of sweet and savoury. Comfort food at its finest!
