N's Kitchen Upstairs — Restaurant in Lijiang City

The quality of the food is basic, it is not at a western restaurant level, more appropriate to call it a bistro. Even the salad doesn't come with crispy crotons. The price was reasonable. The atmosphere at L2 was cosy and comfortable. I was told that the pizza was only good for one, so I ordered two pizza, two pastas, a caesar salad, 2 drinks for 4 persons. It turned out that the pizza was huge, 12 inches big (which I was not guided on how big a 12 inch pizza was). I explained to the owner that the food was too much and I wasn't well guided by his staff. His reply was a cold "the pizza is for one serving". For us malaysian, it's going to be challenging for us to have same meal everyday everytime, need to have various of choices. So this is a good option.

Western food like pizzas, pastas, sandwhiches, burgers, coffee & tea. Even we had fresh orange juice here.

Incredibly kind and friendly owners. They speak very good English and were more than happy to assist me with some logistic issues. The menu has great options for vegetarians and the food is very tasty. I was so happy with this place I ended up coming here a few days in a row. Oh and their grapefruit/honey tea is simply amazing!
