Ordered two open toast - both under chef’s recommendations: avocado salsa scrambled eggs with sour toast truffle mushroom fried egg with gourmet toast

The scrambled eggs was very silky and done nicely. However, I cannot really taste the “salsa” or it wasn’t special as I can’t recall it being there and hence it was just scrambled eggs on toast with sliced avocados to me.

The truffle mushroom sauce tasted like carbonara with mushroom plus a fried egg. I can’t really taste the truffle or not mushroom although the ingredients were there. The gourmet bread of the toast was actually very nice, better than the sour dough in my opinion.
