第一眼就被素壽司所吸引了！「燒汁菇片壽司」是必點的，第一，我超愛杏飽菇；第二，從沒吃過這麼像魷魚的杏飽菇，口感滑溜溜的，搭配著燒汁，非常野味！再來，「海葡萄壽司」也是大推，有一點點腥味，我以為在吃蟹籽耶，口感很特別很新鮮！還有「玫瑰雪燕」，超像燕窩的！

怎麼覺得這下午茶都在吃素食版的山珍海味 🤣 I was being attracted by vegan sushi! "Mushrooms Sushi with Brown sauce" is a must try. First, I love mushrooms very much; secondly, I have never had such mushrooms are so similar to squid, and the taste is slippery, it's just soooo tasty with the sauce!

"Green Seaweed Sushi" is also a must try, with a little bit of astringency, I thought I was having Crab Roe, the taste is very special and fresh! I also ordered a "Rose Snow Swallow Dessert", which tastes like a bird nest!
