TL;DR: Good fast food at great prices with efficient service and no issues. A fun Dragon Ball collaboration added excitement to the menu with tasty limited-time options. Everything was prepared perfectly, even with customizations, making it a flawless fast-food experience.
Full Review:
When it comes to fast food, it’s rare to find a spot that ticks all the boxes without any hiccups, but this restaurant did just that. From start to finish, our visit was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, combining great food, fair pricing, and a fun, thematic twist.
One of the highlights of our visit was the Dragon Ball collaboration happening at the time. It added a playful energy to the menu with limited-time entrees and desserts that were as creative as they were delicious. For fans of the franchise, it was a delightful way to bring a bit of fandom into the meal, and even for those unfamiliar, the themed items were unique enough to stand out as a treat.
The food itself was consistently good across the board. Despite customizing our orders—a process that can sometimes lead to errors—the kitchen nailed every detail. Each dish was prepared to perfection, maintaining the balance of flavors and textures you’d hope for, even in a fast-food setting. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
There were no long wait times, no mix-ups, and no negative interactions to mar the experience. It’s clear that this location has its operations running smoothly, ensuring a positive dining experience for customers.
And then there’s the pricing—extremely reasonable for the quality and portion sizes we received. It’s always refreshing to enjoy a meal that feels like a great value without sacrificing quality or service.
All in all, this fast-food restaurant delivered a perfect experience for a casual meal. Whether you’re drawn by the enticing collaborations, the delicious menu, or the unbeatable prices, it’s a spot worth visiting. If every fast-food experience were this good, there’d be little...
Read moreThis McDonald’s in Sai Kung Garden, New Territory, Hong Kong, gave me the worst experience about McDonald's.
We went shopping after lunch in Sai Kung and saw McDonald's had a promo for a new item - the Coconut Latte. I'm a big fan of coconut and coffee. I have to try it. They're running a promo with a special price with the McDonald's App after 3 pm. It was 2:45 pm at the time. We decided to walk around and come back at three o'clock. However, the cashier told us they had computer problems and couldn't apply the promo price of the drinks. We can either pay the full price or purchase the meals and upgrade the drinks to coconut latte. We have no choice but to buy the meals. I think McDonald's should override the cash register when the customer shows them the app for the promo price instead of making the customer buy more than they want because they have a problem with their computer. Also, the french fries we got with our meals are horrible! I have to...
Read moreThe service you get varies drastically depending on each employee. During my visit, the water dispenser was out of service, and staff took extra care to ensure that patrons didn't drink the yellow-tinted water. However, behind the counter, service was slow and disoriented. The drinks and cakes were served at a different counter than the standard burgers and pies. There was no toilet paper in the washrooms.
Surprisingly, the food was this McDonald's saving grace. I really enjoyed the crunchy...
