Élysée Bakery — Restaurant in Santo António

Élysée Bakery is a French boulangerie (bakery) located on Rua De Pedro Coutinho just past Ave. Horta e Costa. This was the original of their bakeries. Now there are four spread around the city.

Here you can find very good French style breads, pastries and desserts. Open daily 7.30am -5.00pm daily.

We recently popped in for a croissant and pain de chocolate both of which were very good, not noticeably different than what you would expect to find in France. Not many good French bakeries in HK or Macau, this seems to be a pleasant exception to that rule.

Unfortunately, the location is not ideal for most visitors to Macau staying in hotels near the City Centre and that is too bad. Regardless, might still be worth making the trip to find if you fancy a good French boulangerie in Macau. We will...
