I'm not delighted with the restaurant, because the music was too loud and therefore people were talking so loudly that my boyfriend and I could hardly hear each other. So, the place is really very nice, elegant and has a splendid view of the Bund, however, it's absolutely not appropriate for dating. The noise doesn't allow to relax. Nice restaurant on the Bund. Food is inclined towards Spanish, the Tapas were very good. Unless you are on expenses or someone else is paying I would stay away from the wine as it is quite expensive. The place is also popular for corporate events to you may find Salesman of the Year Award people crowded around the larger tables, can be noisy but not too loud it spoils the evening.
