Shanghai Slim‘s — Restaurant in Shanghai

Perfect weather day for sitting outside. Bright sun, Blue sky, cool air. We got seated outside and ordered our food. My father ordered the "Mountain" of seafood that feeds 2-3 people. Well, what a joke. Good quality of food, despite that they have no clue about anything when you ask them details about the food off the menu. The staff are like order takers only and dont know anything about anything else. We asked 3 people and got nowhere.

The "Mountain" that is supposed to feed 2-3 people arrived and was such a small joke, that half way through my father orders a cheeseburger to top off the mountain.

When he ordered his mountain, I ordered the bacon wrapped filet mignon. Decent price, about 198. Well after he finished his seafood mountain, I still had not received my steak. 20 minutes after his mountain was finished they bring out his burger, and I'm still waiting for my steak. When I got it the quality was great, but the experience was such that I will definitely not go...

We randomly selected this restaurant to have lunch last Saturday and a few minutes later the waiter asked if we were interested in sitting outside because they were going to have live music shortly, wow! What a pleasant time we had, musician is awesome and our food, drinks were delicious. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer and enjoy more music, we will...

This is the best western meal in all of Shanghai. There are fresh cuts of steak, ribs, and lamb - all cooked perfectly. There's also a nice selection of salads, and the dessert menu is fabulous. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Service is excellent and the atmosphere...
