Shanghai Snack — Restaurant in Shanghai

Went with my friends and one of them spoke chinese. We ordered the food and when it was time to pay i used the app and when i payed the lady started screaming in chinese because the hadn’t received the payment. I showed her the status and it said paid and she still proceeded to say twice that i didn’t pay until she told me she had received and told me to seat down.

The food was very fast to arrive and it was decent. The bao was good but the soup that i wanted had 0 water. I asked my friend to ask for water and she brought me a plate with some water for the soup.

While we were eating we say the employee removing their uniform as the closing hour was close even thought they hadn’t closed yet. She started telling the customers to hurry up in a very rude way and clapping her hands.

At the end, when we asked for napkins, we were informed that we had to pay an extra 1 yuan to use napkins.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a food experience to try chinese food here in shanghai. If you want to eat good food look for restaurants in the area and you will find...

I went to this restaurant to grab a bite to eat, and I was rather shocked by the events that occurred. A woman wanted to return something as the food she ordered hadn't yet arrived. While the woman seemed to be rather civil and nice, cashier she spoke to was incredibly rude, going on about how the woman was, stupid, terrible, and ugly.

Pedimos comida en este restaurante por que tenía para llevar (1 yuan por el recipiente) y tenía noodles y dumplings. Lugar frecuentado por locales lo cual indica que no debe ser un mal lugar.
