The bun skins are just perfectly thin enough to soak in the crispiness.

Read more舒蔡記生煎菜飯是上海相當有名的老字號小吃店,目前全市共有三家分店。雖然店面環境談不上舒適,但幾乎每天都擠滿了當地人,可見其人氣與口碑。
生煎包(10元/4顆)。 生煎包的麵皮經過發酵,厚實中帶有彈性,與小楊生煎那種薄皮風格不同。底部煎得焦香酥脆,香氣撲鼻。內餡肉餡攪拌得非常均勻,吃起來幾乎像是一整顆結實的肉丸。湯汁豐富但不油膩,調味主要以鹽為主,因此湯色偏白,味道乾淨純粹,整體可說是非常道地又有水準的生煎包。
上海菜飯(15元/盤)。 菜飯裡拌入香氣濃郁的火腿、新鮮翠綠的青菜、洋蔥與香菇,炒得香氣十足。雖然偶有飯粒稍微結團的情形,但整體火候掌握得好,鍋邊還能吃到帶點鍋巴的香脆口感。調味均衡,帶有一點白胡椒香氣,整體略微油膩,是經典又充滿層次的上海家常風味。
油豆腐細粉湯 湯中加入了蝦皮提鮮,使得風味更加濃郁。油豆腐吸飽湯汁,細粉滑順柔軟,整碗湯喝起來十分暖胃。
