E.T. Brewery精酿啤酒工厂 — Restaurant in Shenzhen

Excellent brewery! Here in Shenzhen for work and I was in desperate need of some delicious craft beer. ET really delivered on that front. Their hazy triple IPAs are amazing, and very dangerous as they all clock in around 8% abv.

The food is western style and it's pretty good. The fish and chips I had was a tad oily, but the fish was super tender and delicious. The French fries were outstanding though!

My favourite beer was the Overture to the Sky Triple IPA - a hazy IPA that would fit on menus at any of the hippest breweries in the world. Unfortunately the Angry Alien DIPA wasn't as good. I think it's supposed to be more West Coast style, but just came across with a bitterness that had no hoppy flavour. If you're looking for something lighter (it's frequently 30 degrees and humid in Shenzhen) then go for the Koming Pilsner. 3.5% abv and very refreshing!

As a bonus, they'll put any of their draft into a can for you...

A nice litte craft beer brewery with a lot of different beers. Most of them are IPA style beers. Especially if you like the "hoppy" style this is the right place for you. We started with a "classic tasting set" consisting of 6 small glasses of different beer styles. My favorite is the "La Jeunesse Pale Ale", a quite complex IPA with medium bitterness. P.S.. The only beer which was completly failed in my opinion was the "Age 17 Berliner Weisse". As a German guy I think I know how "Berliner Weisse" tasts, but this tasted more like a windows...

If you are a beer lover (like me) and in Shenzhen for a few days (like me), and using Google (you are a foreigner (like me)) then make sure you take the time to get to E.T.

Opens daily at 5:00 pm and has an excellent range of 16 in-house beers on tap. All of your major styles are covered and this beer stands up to anything you'll find in your home country.
