Yung Kee 1992 is nicely renovated using mainly maple wood for fixture. The overall dinning hall is clean and bright. Their staff will give you a plate for bones so that customers can manage the food residue in a place. A very good hygiene practice.
The marinated goose is nicely presented on a small plate with a little bit brine to keep its moisture. The goose is not dry and with slight taste of brine. However, the taste of marinated goose is not much strong. It is only better than average.
The sweet and sour pickle in a small plate gave me a surprise. The taste of sour, sweet and salty are in right balance. Very yummy. Inevitably order a take away at the end.
The noodle is nicely prepared in soup with a little bit brine. The texture of noodle is just not soft or hard. Also no bitter taste of soda.
