The soup was so rich and smooth, I could taste some notes of Chinese spices which was really nice. I got the handmade noodles which were thick and complimented the soup so nicely. The tomato adds another layer of umami, though pretty sour when I bit into it. The beef shank was so so soft and was falling apart when I picked it up with my chopsticks. Authentic Taiwanese Beef Noodle shop at Tsuen Wan. We went there on a weekend around 5min after the shop opened and there already were a couple of tables inside. At 12noon the restaurant was already full and a queue outside.

Service was very good. Beef noodle was quite good except the beef could be hotter. Price point was slightly on the higher side but still reasonable.
