The Cebiche Trilogy was a very delicious and fresh starter. Then I ordered the Aji de Gallina because the menu card said it was according to the well-know recipe. I've never had Peruvian food before. This one tasted well, but not very good/not really special. I've expected something more. The service was good, they were very patient since we don't speak any Spanish and they no English. The biggest disappointment was that the prices on the English menu were outdated. So in the end we had a 10euro higher bill than expected. Of course that is not very much. But we would have appreciate it if they had told us before. Regarding to the reaction of the man, it didn't feel like he had been totally honest about it. In Peru, the chicken is shredded; here they just cut it into big pieces. The chicken was slightly overcooked; the sauce was good. Instead of including a slice of boiled potato, the use fried slices of potato. The Lomo Saltado was very good. The Huancaina sauce wasn't strong enough.
