We had an incredibly disappointing experience here. After waiting for over two hours for our food, we followed up with the waitress twice to understand the delay. Each time, we were assured that the food was coming soon. At one point, I was even told the food would be served at 11 PM, which seemed absurd. It honestly felt like a tactic to keep us ordering more drinks while we waited.

Finally, we discovered that the waitress had never put in our order—this, even after two follow-ups. The lack of communication and accountability was frustrating, to say the least. A restaurant of this caliber should prioritize customer service and ensure that orders are handled properly. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling undervalued as customers. First of all to pay cover to enter a restaurant its the first in my life. After paying 25k COP. When ordering the food the waitress sarcastically mentioned that the plate was small sarcastically telling us to order more food. When requesting for extra service utensils such as napkins literally they gave only one napkin, we order a side of lime and salt oh and by the way they charge for the lime and salt, and never mede it to our table when we were done eating and requested the check we were charged extra In plain review Food ok Service terrible Prices out of this world Wait time ok Atmosphere...

Tried this place out while on vacation and the service was just downright horrible. The entire experience lasted 3 hours as the waiters were not helping our table. We had to ask for utensils, drinks, appetizers and even to order once we got sat down on our table 2 hours later. When the bill came they asked if we wanted to add tip to it and we explicitly stated no. However, they still charge a 10% tip to it. The food was good but would not come back based on the service.
