All of the starter plates we had were just ok in terms of taste and a bit small size wise.
One of us had a main dish (Raviolis) and it was good but small as well.
We all had 5 different cocktails, gin/aperol based and they were good taste wise, a bit weak on the alcohol side and just not worth the price comparing them to other places. The best one was actually just a regular margarita which surprisingly 😅 also comes in a smaller than regular glass.
The only plate which we felt was good and worth it was the "Mix de Carnes" which fell into a different issue.... service. This one was ordered alongside another cocktail after having all of the previous dishes and still feeling a bit hungry and underwhelmed. 25 minutes had probably gone by and neither had arrived so I called the waiter and asked about both items, he went in and a couple minutes later he comes back and says one of the ingredients was not available and that they had even gone to 2 stores to see if they could get it 🤔 hmmm, took 30 mins and me to ask for them tl realize this? He def forgot to place the order.. anyways, I change the cocktail and it comes out 5 minutes later. The Mix de Carnes still missing I ask for it to be cancelled because we had actually lost appetite with all the wait and he goes on trying to say that it was totally normal for them to take this long even though all of the initial food and drinks had arrived within 15 minutes.
So yeah, its an average place with high prices and a hiccup in service which could have been better if the waiter hadn't lied and made...
Read moreMe and my date stopped in here for a bite after having a few drinks in the area and had a very pleasant experience. We were greeted immediately and seated directly under the heat lamps since my date was a bit cold. They brought us bread right away and took our drink orders quickly. We both ordered salmon and they prepared mine exactly how I'd requested with light seasoning, and she was very pleased with hers as well. The environment was lively with vibrant music playing, but not so loud you couldn't hold a conversation, like a few other places in the area. We were attended to by 2 or 3 different people and their attentiveness was very impressive. I'll definitely plan on stopping by again before I leave town and next time...

Todo "bien", hasta que el mesero empezó a preguntarme si al final NO IBA A HABER PROBLEMA CON EL PAGO y yo,¿qué?, ¿por qué iba a haber problema? y me dijo que les ha pasado que cuando van grupos grandes, no les pagan (y yo qué culpa tengo? en fin), le dije que obvio no iba a haber problema. Al pedir la segunda botella volvió a preguntar que si teníamos cómo pagar y eso le molestó a mi jefe. A la tercera botella, la misma vaina. La verdad todos éramos mayores de 30 años, personas de oficina e íbamos con dos gerentes regionales. No entiendo por qué un sitio como este no distingue entre un grupo de universitarios que se emborrachan y no pagan, de un grupo de gente de oficina como para dar un trato así. Al final, mi jefe no estuvo de acuerdo en pagar el servicio por esa cuestionadera respecto al pago. La cuenta final fue de $1,100,000 pesos y lo que no se reconoció fueron los 76 mil pesos del servicio por los tragos (el de la comida sí se pagó). Así se quedó todo hasta que la señorita de la administración se me acercó a preguntarme si yo era la de la reserva, a lo que respondí: Sí. Me preguntó que por qué no había pagado el servicio. Le expliqué las razones y en vez de entender que efectivamente el trato con nosotros no había sido el correcto por parte del mesero, se puso a justificar lo que él nos dijo y luego comentó que ellos vivían de eso, que les ha pasado lo de los grupos grandes, que blablablá. Tuve que "darle clases" de atención al cliente, porque una cosa es que digan desde un principio que la política es de pago por adelantado y uno dice: ok, aceptamos. Y otra muy distinta es que anden cuestionando si tenemos con qué pagar o si sí vamos a pagar la cuenta. Todo terminó en que ella me dijo que NO ME IBAN A VOLVER A RESERVAR por no haber pagado el servicio ese día, cuando en la factura muy claro dice que es vo-lun-ta-rio. Lo más triste de esta experiencia es que seguramente ellos no lo saben, pero nosotros hemos ido en varias ocasiones a ese sitio, hemos pagado cuentas incluso mayores que esa y nunca nos habían puesto problema por nada, solo esta vez y perdieron un buen cliente...
