Very authentic mainland China bubble tea, including the delicious cream cheese whipped cream that is hard to find outside China. A good selection on the menu and everything I have tried so far has been delicious. Very friendly staff as well, everyone has been so kind even though my Spanish is bad and my Chinese is worse.

En términos generales, es un buen lugar para degustar tés de distintos sabores e ingredientes. Los sabores son muy variados y fresquitos. Sin embargo, los sofás estaban llenísimos de pelos de animales y olían mal, ya que supongo que el sitio es pet friendly. Puede ser pet friendly y todo lo que quieran, pero aspiren y rocíen los sofás, por favor. Mantengan un aseo óptimo, ya que hay personas COMO YO que somos alérgicos. Así pueden crear una experiencia más placentera para el ser humano, que es quien paga por el consumo. Cuando nos levantamos del sofá estábamos cubiertos de pelos y no tenemos mascotas si quiera.

Arguably the best flavor and most authentic of bubble teas in Bogota. Unquestionably better than T4 in flavor. Great ambiance and decor.

BUT they got all the hard things right and have one major failing. They never have boba in stock or available to put in the drinks. It's perplexing, because boba is so easy to make and generally generic. Out of 6 times I've been there, 4 times they do not have boba.

I feel sad writing this because it would be the best bubble tea place in Bogota in the opinion of a Chinese person if they figured out their boba /...
