Sopas de mamá y Postres de la abuela - Salitre — Restaurant in Bogota, Capital District

Food is great, the service not so much, atmosphere is not comfortable as there's a lot of noise from the other restaurants around and the shopping center. It is a good place to grab something to eat while shopping. I always order same dessert and have found greedy from the kitchen to reduce the amount of cheese on our desserts in order to sale 3 portions. Have brought to the attention of the mánager the unconformity but have receives only we silly excuses, have visited other branches and have found a disgusting surprise... wouldn't recommend to orders desserts this...

Estuve el dia de ayer almorzando en este punto de salitre la comida deliciosa pero como pedi mucho me quedo casi una bandeja entera y le pedi el favor a la señorita si mevla empacaban a lo cual me contesto yo le doy una caja , me parecio que lo podrian haber hecho ya que me pusieron a empacar una bandeja paisa a mi …. Que no tengo experiencia en estas cosas y el lugar no estaba lleno. Por otro lado pedi el baño prestado y como no habia en el local me dieron una clave y me indicaron que fuera a un lugar fuera del negocio al llegar al baño tocaba pagar a un dispensador para el papel , coloque la moneda y la maquina se los cogio y no arrojo el papel escuche comentarios de unas personas las cuales decian que solia pasar eso en ese baño. Mi queja un lugar donde uno va a comer y pagar una cuenta grande por que no se preocupan por mirar que estos detalles funsionen bien, ahora como es posible que si el baño es para clientes que han consumido no puedan ofrecer papel higienico sino un dispensador que aparte no sirve y roba a las personas la moneda. No entiendo por que si uno paga mucho en este lugar por que tiene que pasar esas humillaciones . Por favor atiendan bien a los clientes sean gentiles pues dos cosas fueron horribles para mi lo del baño y lo de la empacada decla bandeja paisa. Por favor coloquen papel gratis en estados unidos jamas pasa una cosa de estas hasta las tohallas higienicas son...
