The worst service
I don't know how to stress enough the lousy service we had last Saturday May 7, 2022.
We went with my family to dinner at Bellini restaurant in Salitre. They attended us and although we saw the restaurant somewhat full, the terrace was empty so we thought it was OK.
In fact, they brought us the drinks and the entrance in less than 10 minutes as is normal in any restaurant. However after an additional 70 minute wait, the waiter tells us that they are "delayed" and will give us a tiramisu for the inconvenience.
The food arrives at around 8:50 PM when we had arrived at 7:10 PM we had ordered a spaghetti Bolognese, a vegetarian spaghetti with the addition of Salmon and Di Manso Beef Medallion been this one the worse.
While it is true that the spaghetti was OK, the Di Manso Beef Medallion dish was absolutely unsatisfactory, it was a small piece of meat of no more than 100 grams, with a tiny and cold portion of pomodoro spaghetti that only had half a cherry tomato.
I made the comment to the waiter because compared to my daughter's spaghetti Bolognese (child size), the Di Manso dish was the one that looked like a child plate and I'm sure the meat was never more than 100 grams. He told me that if I wanted to changed the plate but with the exaggerated delay I preferred to eat the tiny plate.
To complete, they bring us the tiramisu which was actually a single dessert with 3 spoons.
Very far from the experience of a high-class restaurant, as I considered them to be, I must say that the treatment of frequent customers is disastrous.
So, I leave you these comments from which I expect a response in no more than 3 days (May 13) with which I will know how to proceed.They change the prices that are given to the customer at the beginning....

Read moreThe food was delicious BUT we were a large group, we'd pre-ordered before we got to the restaurant, and when they brought out the food they didn't bring the side dishes. Dunno if they forgot them or just didn't make them, but BIG no no. It's also really noisy when it's full, so they may want to look into some noise dampeners...
