Chabola is a charming spot located right in the heart of Jardín, offering a spectacular view of the town’s park and its iconic Basilica.

The atmosphere is magical, making you feel as if you’re visiting a warm, countryside family that welcomes you with the most delicious dishes you could imagine. They also serve amazing cocktails and some of the best coffee in town.

The service is outstanding, with both the owners and staff being incredibly kind and attentive. If you’re lucky, you might meet Rosa, the owners’ dog, who will steal your heart with her sweetness.

The coffee here is wonderful, the people here are truly special.

I came in for a quick coffee stop and was invited to share a tour of the coffee farm. This turned out to be one of the most fun, interesting, vibrant and wholesome experiences of my trip. From Rosa the dog who would be taking the tour herself if she could talk, to the deep connection with the land and invitation to open our senses during the coffee ritual this tour was incredible. A short drive away in stunning landscape the working farm is a beautiful flower filled oasis.

Such good vibes, i'm so grateful to the family for this experience. Can't wait to try making my own Chabola...
