We had the tomato soup and hummus & falafel plate. The soup was very good (small portion though)... the falafel however, was the worst falafel and hummus I have ever had. I'm not sure exactly what they made the "falafel" with, some sort of grains that were mushed into a patty. It was dry and tasteless. The hummus also wasn't very good. Again, tasted more like a mayo than hummus, not sure what they made it with, but neither were made with chickpeas.

Located at the edge of town, 5 minutes from the main square and after the pavement turns to dirt road, it’s well worth the short walk. I had pancakes, with panela instead of maple syrup, and they were excellent. I also enjoyed the carrot muffin, French press coffee, and the ginger shot with cayenne for an extra boost. The food can be a bit hit or miss, but the hits are excellent. I don’t recommend the nachos, for example. It’s tricky trying to recreate a dish, especially something that is a comfort food that includes a lot of cheese and meat, but make it vegan and healthy.
