Worse new years brunch ever. We stayed several days and went to the new year's party and brunch. Party was awesome, but the brunch, i just can't get over it. They served old food, the same food that sitting in the buffet all night. They served literally left overs from the night before, the only fresh food they had was pancakes and waffles. The rest not only was the same food that they served the night before, but was old. We went as soon as the brunch opened and desserts were melted and you could see they had been sitting there for a while, same thing with the chesses/meat, you could tell because they had a hard coat and by look of the color, it was obvious it was the same chesses that ere sitting out in the buffet all night. The soup i had to ask them to warm it up, and it was jus pieces of bone with broth.. Service was even worse, we received drinks after my kids finished their second plate. Not good at all.. Really..

Happened on this place on xmas eve. It's inside the Marriott, so a hotel restaurant.Tonight, they only had a buffet that was much more expensive than a regular night ($200K COP per person). Had no choice , so we went in.. Of all the cooked foods, meats, fish and others, none was in any way good, tasty or well cooked. One could argue (as it was) that the peas were the best item in a gigantic buffet that included some weird overcooked beef, a completely missed salmon wellington, overcooked pork ribs with an imitation north Carolina sauce, a half dozen very generic salads, a pasta bar that had literally no interesting options, a weird assortment of cold cuts, fruits and vegetables. After this absolute letdown, we tried the desert bar, where the creme brûlée was half decent, while the rest barely edible.. Espresso was good...

As a guest, don't go. As an owner, fire the chef..

Este Brunch es famoso en Cali, solo se hace los domingos de 12h00 a 15h30 y es mejor llamar un día antes para reservar pues es bien concurrido. Llegamos a las 12h30, el parqueadero en el hotel es gratis si se va a ingresar al restaurante; lo que es un punto a favor. En el restaurante, notamos que la ocupación es casi total; sin embargo, nos atienden y nos instalan rápidamente, pero en ningún momento nos explican cómo funciona el Brunch, cuál es el formato, ni los precios. Se trata de un formato “All you can eat”, en el que pagas un precio fijo por persona y comes todo lo que quieras o puedas. Al ser un formato “All you can eat”, es un Buffet, pero por temas de covid y protocolos de bioseguridad, no se tiene acceso a los alimentos y siempre va a haber alguien que te sirva, lo que resulta un poco incomodo por dos razones: la primera te sirven las porciones y estas van a depender de la disponibilidad, la voluntad o la amabilidad del cocinero; y la segunda que te están cobrando un formato buffet pero nunca se tiene acceso a los alimentos. La calidad de los productos no está acorde a los precios y al ranking del hotel, pues el Marriott tiene 5 estrellas; hay productos o platos que no son calidad premium. Tienen productos que son ricos y de calidad aceptable como toda la panadería, las sodas italianas, la gran variedad de quesos y charcutería, las tortas y postres. Pero todos los platos calientes o preparados no tienen la calidad que se espera; por ejemplo, los tacos al pastor llegaron fríos, la carne estaba tan mojada que las tortillas se rompieron y todo se desintegró; el salmón estaba frío y muy cocido y pedimos lomo de res, pero teníamos que esperar más de 15 minutos pues no estaba disponible. Mi opinión de este Brunch es la siguiente: tiene productos de buena calidad y sabores diferentes, pero los precios si están muy exagerados si hace la relación calidad vs precio. Sus puntos a favor son: los horarios, el sitio; pues la terraza del restaurante es muy agradable; el parqueadero que es totalmente gratis y el servicio, pues a pesar de la alta concurrencia sus meseros fueron amables y estuvieron pendientes todo el tiempo que estuvimos en el lugar. Sin embargo, no lo recomiendo pues para mí se enfocan más en la cantidad que en la calidad y por los precios que cobran yo esperaría mejor...
