Quality: Great options from the menu! I ordered their pumpkin soup and salmon. The pumpkin soup was extra creamy, very delightful to enjoy. But I would recommend to get something else if you are went on a hot day, I basically turned into a walking oven after drinking that hot soup! The salmon was incredible! Great texture and was cooked to perfection!

Appearance: You know the food looks beautiful just by seeing how many pictures I took! I spent a good 10 minutes just taking pictures of the food! They put many effort and heart into making the food looks great!

Taste: Everything tasted great. I must say they did a wonderful job cooking the seafood, they are seasoned to perfection and every bite is filled with flavors yet not losing the original taste of the seafood.

Portion size: Generous portion! I can’t even finish my salmon and my friend gave me their food too! I guess it’s because pasta and rice are all carbs and they are filling.

🧑🏻‍ Service🧑🏻‍: 9/10 Friendliness: The staff created a warm and welcoming environment to make sure their customers have a quiet and great dining experience. They are very polite, kind and attentive!

Timeliness: Food arrived really fast and in order! We did not wait that long, well there was only 2 tables when we were there, so that is probably why the food came fast!

Price: As expected, kinda expensive since we are in the tourist area. But with no regret, this place worth every single penny that I spent.

Environment: OMG I love the vibe and aesthetics. Design is in the details, they chose to use a Bohemian style lights, the shades and the neutral tone transformed the place into a very comfortable dining environment.

Location: I am not a local so I am not very knowledgeable about the geography of the old town, but this place is very low-key and kinda hidden from the main street, which escaped a lot of traffics so you will not need to walk through tons of people, cars and horses to get...

I've read all the reviews that are below and it seems like people are knocking this place. Maybe they had a terrible experience but my brother and my wife had nothing but a phenomenal time here. Thanks to Don ice. She was phenomenal, attentive and the food was delicious. We got the truffle pasta seafood mix as well as the shrimp pasta that she recommended and it was on a whole other level. Also, the fried mozzarella appetizer was so good we got multiple repeats. The sauce had eggplant chunks in it and it was delicious. Honestly the service, if you're lucky enough to get Don ice, definitely write a review and let them know how good she is because she made all the difference in the world for us. Minha esposa e eu fomos jantar nesse restaurante e fomos direcionados para uma mesa na qual a atendente era a Carmen. Minha esposa foi de imediato ao banheiro e a Carmen chegou com um tablet e me entregou perguntando e insinuando que eu deveria pedir um vinho imediatamente, mesmo antes de ver o cardápio ou minha esposa retornar do banheiro. Achei a atitude extremamente agressiva e desagradável! Após minha esposa retornar do banheiro novamente ela insistiu para que pedíssemos uma garrafa de vinho antes mesmo da minha esposa olhar o cardápio. A impressão que tive é que ela nos pré julgou ao entrarmos no recinto. Pensou que quando olhássemos o valor dos vinhos sairíamos dali correndo, o que não aconteceu. Fizemos o pedido, como minha esposa não ingere bebidas alcoólicas pedimos uma água com gás e eu pedi uma taça de vinho tinto. A Carmen anotou o pedido e foi para o balcão. Depois disso, levantei para ir ao banheiro e vi que ela e outro atendente estavam falando sobre mim e minha esposa e rindo. Pensei que era impressão minha, continuei até o banheiro e na volta eles ainda estavam falando alto e se divertindo. Retornei para a mesa, a Carmen serviu a água e depois a prova do vinho, porém, antes mesmo de eu colocar a taça na boca o outro garçom chamado Luiz veio próximo de nós, fez uma nova piada no ouvido da Carmem e ela caiu na gargalhada na nossa frente. Simplesmente me levantei, expliquei a situação para a pessoa que estava no caixa e momentos depois voltei para confirmar os nomes dos funcionários para não ser injusto com alguém.

ATITUDE EXTREMAMENTE DESAGRADÁVEL E DESRESPEITOSA QUE NÃO COMBINA COM UM LOCAL TURÍSTICO. ACREDITO QUE OS FUNCIONÁRIOS DESTE LOCAL DEVEM ACHAR QUE SÃO SUPERIORES AOS CLIENTES OU PRESSUPÕEM QUE ESTÃO EM UM NÍVEL ACIMA DELES. ACREDITO QUE ESTA NÃO TENHA SIDO A PRIMEIRA VEZ QUE ISTO ACONTECEU PELA FORMA COMO FUI ABORDADO COM O CARDÁPIO DIGITAL DE VINHOS E A INTENÇÃO REALMENTE ERA NOS COLOCAR PARA FORA DO RESTAURANTE E CONSEGUIRAM.
