This was the worse experience that I had in Medellin so far The food was bad, there is a discrepancy between the kitchen and the staff, I went to celebrate thanks giving with my family and was a disaster Food with no taste The chef does what ever he likes with the food and cooks it as he likes There was not even chimichurry sauce in an Argentina restaurant The bake chicken empanadas was fries and the meat was dry My daughter hamburger was order well done and I had to send it back because it was raw and the service is even worse The manager came to apologize and offer me free food which I refused I'm not there to eat for free and is offensive for him to even do that, of course we paid , the margarita was water in a blender with ice It was really a bad experience overall, the currasco was a slap piece of meat on a plate with nothing not even the right type of meat We paid and throw it on the garbage, it was disgusting when I order well cook and he refused to do so Please be aware of it And do not visit la pampa parrilleria en laurels medellin It was disgusting and waste of money Only thing that was good was the chorizo other wise don't visit...

They have those kind of onion rings where the onion doesn't fall out when you bite into it 🫶🏽 Andres was a great server. Very attentive. So attentive that when I ordered a plate full of meat and starch he asked me if I wanted a side of veggies to break it up- yes please 🥺 didn't think of it lol It's a really beautiful restaurant and best to go when the weather is nice. Definitely at the top of my list for steakhouses in the city. It was lovely.
Add on edit: after I did this review my card would not work 🤣😭 You never know when you're out of the country when your cards are going to work—happens all the time. First problem was waitress saying they can’t cook french fries extra crispy. 1st time in my life that request was denied. Steak was seasoned well but not cooked well due to the uneven filet of the steak. One half was twice the thickness of the other. The Moscow mule was one of the worst I’ve had. It was very sweet which is not usual at all. Manager got another drink made and it was a little better. The half steak was cooked to right temp. Dessert and the house was yummy.
