Most of the times I have gone to this location I have had a very good experience which has kept me coming back. Being from the US I often desire quality products quality service. However the last time I went to this location I observed something that I didn't appreciate.
On Thursday, Feb 8th I accompanied a friend to lunch. Lunch was just okay this time.. not great. The thing that bothered me the most was when I went to pay my bill, the cashier skipped over the part where he asked me if I wanted to give a tip or not. He quickly added the tip and told me the total without giving me the option. I didn't say anything, but I took notice of his quick scheme. This made me lose a lot of trust in the staff at Delmuri. Not everybody. Everyone else has been wonderful. But because of this one person who betrayed the customer. I will not come back.
There were three men behind the counter at this time, one of the three men decided he would betray the trust of the customer and include the tip without offering me the option, which I believe is, by law, in Colombia, only optional. Everywhere else I have gone to eat or have coffee, in Colombia, has asked me if I would like to include a tip. Usually the answer is yes. But I feel what this employee of Delmuri did was dishonest and he took advantage of the fact that I am a foreigner. Because of him Delmuri has lost my trust.
The total cost with tip was about 88,000$ mil pesos. There was a chicken sandwich and a mojito on the bill with some other things. Delmuri, I think you should investigate who rung me up thay day and have a talk with them and your staff. Let me know when you do and I will return to spend my American dollars at your otherwise very nice...

I guess there was a red flag when I stood at the counter for a few seconds and the staff didn’t greet me until I greeted them. I then asked if I should order at the counter or at the table. They told me table where I waited in vain until I went up and asked for the carta. I know we’re human so sometimes it’s easy to forget. However, the waitress looked at me as if she couldn’t care less as I walked back to the table. No pleasantries or casual “Perdón” or anything. Waiting at the table was when I saw 1 star google reviews describing what was happening to me. The waitress gave me the menu without a word then immediately walked away. I waited about another five minutes then realized ordering food isn’t supposed to be this hard and I wouldn’t want to eat food prepared by people that don’t even have basic kind energy so I left. Sad since a friend recommended me this place and it had a nice calm...

I approached them as they completed acted like nothing happened and they both were like ‘no problem’ and refused to move. Finally I told the staff and only then they moved. Sad that grown adults behave like that.
They are pictured in this video with their dog and had to move inside which they should have done in the first place 😬 it is clear they were not raised right and possibly resentful to see solo Asian females ahead of them (literally it’s like they started racing me it was so embarrassing and juvenile) then pretended like nothing...
