Today was absolutely the worse service I have ever had and an embarrassment. I haved lived in Costa Rica 13 years and frequently travel for business with clients. Today, I asked for a glass of white wine from the rudest waiter I have had there. It took him forever just to get me the glass and when I asked if it was measured correctly, he got mad, put it back in the measuring cup, then back in the glass after shaking it around, all fizzy. He did it very rudely and then refused to get me a new glass. I asked more than 5 times, asked another waiter who was much nicer. I go through every week and this was my last time. I ordered a salad and it came out with exactly 5 tiny pieces of chicken and when I mentioned it to the server, he said the kitchen told him that’s how it should be!! Seriously I paid $17.95 for a huge bowl of lettuce and barely any protein. It is unfair to treat your customers that way. If this place was the only place opened at the airport and I was hungry, I’d buy it again.
Price was a little steep but where else do you go? Most places in here have bad reviews.
My friend Ben said he would rather get some snacks from the shop than do this again.
I’ve always said it’s hard to screw up a pizza 🍕- they were close to proving me wrong but I still...
