Took them 15 minutes to heat up a 9 dollars croissant when there was no line and nobody behind me. And yet they picked up the wrong one and waited 15 minutes to heat it up. At the same time, they made a dozen of coffees for customers that came later. Gradually, it was boarding time, and I felt like crying inside. So eventually I asked for a refund. After hearing my request, they gave me a look, threw the cash back - which was a mixture of colone and dollars (I used credit card previously), and I said “thank you”……… it was the worst Costa Rican experience.
