I went to Franks for the first time last January and had a wonderful experience. I went back several times since then. Going to Frank's Bar and Restaurant is like coming home. The service is great and the food is delicious. I know from friends that the owner Frank is very supportive to the Samara community. I really enjoyed this place. I've been back several times already. No joke I think this is the best coffee in the area. They use a real espresso machine and not just a pod machine from Britt like most of CR. I had an Americano and it was good by any standard. I know this place isn't the coffee shop but it was really quite good. I have found this place to be a good stop off for years on my way down the Peninsula. This time, all I had was a $100 US bill. Their exchange rate was so off it hit me for an extra $18 dollars. I brought it to their attention and they looked at me like I was the wrong one and said no their register does it automatically.
