EDIT: I have just read the response and I am shocked at the lack of accountability. Firstly I'm not Indian, so that's completely racist to assume and makeup that I was approached by a fellow Indian person when that did not happen.
Initially I didn't want to accuse your colleague, IGOR of being racist but now this confirms it. How dare you. If you reviewed the footage properly then you would see your other colleague apologised to me for the way Igor spoke.
Please consider my HONEST experience as genuine feedback and do not dismiss my review. Please do better in the future!
I had a very uncomfortable and upsetting experience here. I went in to ask if I could get a table with my 4 month old baby and whether if it would be possible to be placed near a socket so I could charge my phone. The first person I spoke to was understanding and accommodating however before he could finish, a staff member called 'Igor' stepped in and was extremely rude referring to me as "hey lady" then proceeded to shout at me saying I couldn't just get drinks and they can't help and they will be so busy for dinner service. It was approximately 5:30pm, almost all the tables were empty and dinner service was not close. His mannerisms were extremely rude and aggressive, his colleague even apologised on his behalf and agreed with me that he was rude.
Would absolutely not recommend, the attitude and behaviour from Igor was completely wrong. He didn't let me finish, I would have been happy to order something else if it meant I could charge my phone, I even explained I was with my baby and he still...
Read moreI don’t review often but I felt compelled to share this experience because of how shockingly awful it was. The food at this restaurant isn’t the problem, it’s not terrible, but unfortunately, the service — particularly from the host — left a lot to be desired.
Upon arrival, we noticed that he demanded of each guests to know whether they were eating or drinking and their answer would determine the quality of the seat they got (sun vs shade in the heat, closer to the sea view etc) A large group of tourists walked in and he seemed generally annoyed that he might have to move some tables together to accommodate them. Frankly, the sense of hospitality here was shockingly low, even by Croatian standards. It felt as though the host’s only interest was maximizing profit from tourists, not actually offering a memorable experience that people would want to return to. A beautiful place can only go so far when the person who greets you seems intent on doing the bare minimum — or worse, making you feel unwelcome. I hope management takes this seriously because no one returns to a place where they’re treated like an inconvenience. Read moreTo be honest, We were satisfied with foods. I ordered grilled shrimps&squids and risottos.(also beers) We went here around 2 p.m and at that time also crowded a bit.
A few things made me upset is that employees asked me to give them some tips. I think that tip is up to me when I want to give it.(no one shouldn't force it) But when I left without tips, some of them called me to give tips. Of course I ignored totally.
Second thing is that I went to there again to buy some foods to take away(even though services were bad).
I was so startled that when I came back to my hotel room and saw foods because they gave me appetizer bread(which was totally uncut) Well, I could cut it by myself with my hands. However, I think that it is a manner of their service. At least, they had to cut it before gave it to me.(or ask me what to do with that)
Well, before I visited here, I could read some bad reviews of this restaurant. But I didn't take them too seriously. But now, I unsterstand them .
This restaurant should reflect on themselves and try to improve their services...
