Never in my life have I experienced such poor treatment by security and wait staff at a bar or club. At first impression, this place seemed pretty cool. Good music, cool lighting and setup, free entry. But things turned south real quick.

Firstly, be warned that the security are strict on letting people, especially males in. No flip flops, no crocs, no singlets, no swimsuits. You likely won’t get let in if you’re visibly intoxicated. After being rejected at the door, one of our guys tried to jump the fence and got pepper sprayed - admittedly this was silly and his own doing but a firm removal of a person is more than enough, assault is not necessary. My friend was crying for hours from the pain.

I was let inside without knowing this had happened and within minutes, I was bumped rather aggressively, twice, by wait staff pushing their way through the crowd with drinks. I thought we may have just been standing in a bad spot so my group of friends moved to the side, but this didn’t matter, we still got bumped into. I even saw someone get thumped on the head with a drinks tray.

Note that it’s hard to get a table here. There is an area upstairs that is designated to VIPs only and many tables are reserved downstairs too. One of the girls from our group was leaning on the stairway (as there were no seats available anywhere) and she was aggressively grabbed and told to move by security. She politely told him not to touch her and said she didn’t know she wasn’t meant to be there and would move if she was just asked. In response, the guy grabbed her and dragged her out of the club and told her to leave. She is a small 19 year old and was very shaken up.

Honestly, our whole group felt so uncomfortable and shocked. We all ended up leaving within 30 minutes.

I could keep going but I’ll just sum it up by saying I would definitely avoid this place! P.s....

If you’re a tourist steer clear, the outside area was fun and lively but as it all moves to indoor the place takes a turn, similar price to UK and Ireland not to mention its cash only, which is not told to people upon entry or displayed on signs. Filled with underage people looking to create problems, with permission I left a drink on someone’s table and then was kicked out because the table was ‘reserved’ security is a joke, I understand not wanting to deal with drunk people but even perfectly sober people were mistreated and harassed by the horrible security both at the entrance and throughout the club . I saw an unarmed but slightly problematic drunk person be pepper sprayed and have their belongings thrown at them, multiple people beaten up outside. Security and staff alike are a joke, horrible and rude even if there is a language barrier these people are extremely rude. I could not advise staying away any stronger, terrible club filled with unfair staff, stupid patrons and terrible music. Seriously I would advise going to a bar and then drinking at home There isn’t a single thing I can say is good about this place, would recommend staying as far away as possible. The only slight positive was one bar tender who was good to our group even though he also monitored our drinks and would not serve double shots of any drink. If you are looking for a good night out, keep searching, do not stop here...

HORRIBLE PLACE! SO RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS! Waited over 20 minutes to get served at the bar. We were wondering why there were so many people around and no one seemed to be moving away from the bar. After finally waiting and getting served I ordered 4 drinks as there was two of us and we didn’t want to have to wait again to get another drink so soon. The bartender laughed at me and I asked again for 4, then two of the waiters pushed infront of me I turned to the person I was with to tell them I ordered 4. I was then rather roughly tapped on my shoulder by the waiter saying “OI, you need to pay” I looked past him at the bar where there were two drinks, I ask politely again for 4 drinks. I spoke to the person I was with again and again I was tapped rather hard telling me I had to pay again. This waiter had stood infront of me and the bar blocking my view making it hard for me to pay, I then said card and they all got aggressive telling me it was only cash which there were no signs stating and no one had told us that upon entering. Other than this the bartenders that were serving tables are constantly pushing you and moving you with force as they get to the bar. Overall RUDE staff, HORRIBLE service and I felt completely ridiculed and unsafe. Do not go to this bar if you are a traveller or...
