The Factory Bar — Restaurant in Grad Zadar

Honestly the worst service, the waiter couldn’t be grumpier or more annoyed to be working! I understand we are not locals but customers are customers! We couldn’t have been more polite! We tried to order at the bar but were told no we had to have table service! We sat outside keeping ourselves to ourselves but constantly made feel bad about being at the bar! To make it worse our server accused our table of smoking weed which was not true but instead of asking other tables around us if it was them they just went back inside ! Prices are alright for drinks but it’s not worth the atmosphere would rather drink alone in a Catholic Church whilst watching a baptism and the church is on fire! Please just learn to smile and not be rude it doesn’t...

If you want good and professional customer service, don’t come here. We asked what whiskies they have. The young blonde bartender behind the counter said they only have three: Jameson, Jack Daniels, and Nikka. In reality, they have a much wider whisky selection, which I noticed, and I started asking about the prices of those whiskies. That annoyed the young bartender, and she rudely asked if I was only asking about prices. I said that since you have many other, better whiskies, I want to know the price before ordering.
