From noon till late night, the music was extremely loud with heavy base sound. It’s a restaurant, not an ACDC concert. This restaurant is surrounded by local houses. We stayed in one of the nearby houses and it was a torture. Locals can’t even have a normal conversation or watch TV at home with this noise pollution. Seems it’s a trend in Trinidad: they believe the higher the music volume, the more tourists. I feel ashamed to be part of the reason for disturbing the locals. And I above-the-law behavior of such restaurants should be the reason to have UNESCO title...

Eravamo in quattro, ed abbiamo ordinato: pizza al prosciutto, spiedini di gamberi con contorno di riso (non commento perché piatti dell'altra coppia) filetto di pesce alla salsa di basilico, pollo al miele, riso alle verdure (questi tre decisamente consigliati, forse i piatti migliori mangiati nei vari ristoranti di Cuba fin'ora, in 10gg di viaggio per l'isola)
