Stratovarius Bar & Dining — Restaurant in Ayia Napa

Within 6-7 minutes of arriving at the restaurant we received our food. This was a red flag, because we ordered the Grilled Salmon & the Salmon in love. They were both completely cold in the middle and uncooked, except for the surface. By the amount of water it had in it, it was clearly not defrosted before it was placed on the grill. The sauce was completely separated (it was a butter sauce). The fries were unsalted and lacked any taste. The 2 most disgusting plates of food we have ever seen, in a restaurant or at home. The cocktail was also bad.

If you're going to eat there, DO NOT GET THE SALMON under any circumstances.

The manager was OK and we didn't pay for 1 of the plates, but it was still too much for the "food" we received (basically bad french fries with some tomato and cucumber). This was our second visit to this amazing restaurant who specialise in local Cypriot dishes, fish & meat delights and varied selection of culinary surprises. If your looking for a real top class food and service look no further than the one stop shop manager Antonio.

He is what you would say as old school a true gent who works relentlessly hard but has the skill to make it look so easy without breaking a sweat especially after 12yrs at this great restaurant.

This restaurant is just a short walk from where we are staying at the beautiful NissiBlu.

Along with returning customers I would throughly recommend this restaurant and we are certainly gracing this place one more time before we set sail home.

Fantastic authentic restaurant with great atmosphere under the nice shade of pink flowers. Staff was well liked and family. Ordered Fish and chips with salad and souvlaki home made as in a picture. Portions are huge and Im 97 kg man but it was more then enough. Even staff added one piece of fish as extra so I dont leave hungry🫣😄. Made on olive oil 👌and salad…vegetables were amazing, nothing like we get from the shop. Rich flavour and literally meaty veggies. Also what I liked was 3 pieces of sauce which came with the food.
