Bar Louise — Restaurant in Limassol Municipality

The girls in the entrance were very rude, ironic and they called the owner out to confirm whether me and my group were over 25 with a ridiculous ‘face control’. I felt like I was stuck in 2012 for a moment.

I went first to find a table. I’m 25 and they kept insinuating I was lying to them and that I looked barely 20 just because I didn’t have high heels or makeup on. They said once my whole group was there they would consult with the owner because he was inside that night and he would see us. Pretty much they were doing what they were told just because the owner was in that night and he could see😂😂😂The owner who came later to confirm was also weird. Way to ruin someone’s experience.before going in. We ended up all being 25 because a friend had an ID with her and we went in.

The place was generally nice .The music was too loud for no reason as it’s a bar where you are seated. We are never going back. There are much nicer bars with professional service...

The place has a great location and design. However, when it comes to the actual organization of the place, things are pretty bad.

Firstly, overbooking of the place creates odd atmosphere where half of the clients need to stand without any stools or tables available. Hence making the entire place look more like a cheap caff rather than “fancy, atmospheric corner” that the bar tries so hard to seem.

Secondly, I would really recommend for the management of the bar to train their staff to the level that they ATLEAST respect their customers by not asking to leave faster as there are more people waiting to be seated.

Made a table reservation 1 week prior to the planned outing for a Monday night - never found our reservation and kept us waiting while the tables were empty as they informed us that the bar was fully booked. Manager came and immediately took us to a table. Service was fast and polite. I tried Louise pizza which was tasteful but felt a little dry and overcooked on the dough.
