Great food, terrible attitude. We waited for our food for 2 hours and were laughed at when expressed our disappointment, and forced to pay in full for the awful service.
We walked in at 20.46 and were kindly given the table after a couple left, while everything else was reserved. After we came and ordered, all other tables got occupied, some of reservations were late from their original booking time by 30-60 minutes, according to chef.
We ordered 2 salads and a sandwich, drinks, and asked for an ashtray. Even though we came in and ordered first, everyone else was served their food before us, because they had reservation.
We got our salads at 22.21 and sandwich a bit after that. Ashtray at the same time. While we waited, during our wait time we patiently pointed out that wait time for salads over 1.5 hours is a too much and it would be great to meet us half way to resolve the issue. If we knew or were told that our food will take so long, we would obviously pick another place. My friends were guests in Cyprus and were hungry, so I convinced them to stay instead of exploring the city and walking out without paying, as they were pissed with the wait time. My mistake.
At the checkout, no apologies or discount was given by the chef. He literally smiled at me saying he will never see me again and I shall pay full price for our terrible experience. I paid ofcourse and didn't make a scene, but left disappointed to say the least.

Read moreI’ve been twice now, and both times they managed to mess up the simplest part of the experience: serving the right steak to the right person.
Let’s talk about the boards. Why on earth are steaks served on a giant wooden board, even when no one’s sharing? It’s clunky, it’s messy, and for some reason they insist on dumping the sides on there too. It’s more style(?) than substance, and it’s not working.
The second time, I actually saw our two steaks sitting in the kitchen and joked to my group, “Watch them mix up the medium and the medium rare in the two steps it takes to reach our table.” And guess what? They did. The couple sharing the medium steak tucked in straight away, and I waited a few minutes while finishing my starter. When I finally cut into mine, surprise! It was the medium. When I pointed it out, the server shrugged and said, “That’s how the kitchen gave it to me.” That response was completely unacceptable. They should have taken the steaks away and prepared new ones.
Overall, it’s been a disappointing experience both times. There were other things that weren’t quite right too, but they were the kind of things you let slide. I raised the steak issues at both times and gave them the opportunity to put things right, but nothing was done, which has resulted in...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful small and cozy restaurant and I must say, it was an incredible experience. I ordered the fillet mignon pepper steak and it was absolutely fantastic. The steak was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender with a crispy sear on the outside. The pepper sauce added a lovely kick to the dish and complemented the steak perfectly.
The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and even offered suggestions for other dishes to try.
