Veranda Cafe Bistro Βεράντα Καφέ Μπιστρό — Restaurant in Limassol Municipality

The experience from start to end was very disappointing. We waited over an hour for the food to come and in that time we asked serval times how long it would be, and the answer was 'now'; we continued to wait. Twice the wrong order was bought to our table and not one single apology for both the time we waited or the wrong food coming to our table. We decided after an hour of being patient to leave and when we got up we saw that the food was ready so we sat back down. Still one dish was missing and i had to ask again where it was. The sandwich was tasteless, the beef patties were dry along with the lifeless side-salad and also way over priced for what it was. The only good thing about it was the pizza. The unfriendly waitress added to our disappointment and needless to say they also took forever to bring the bill. We wasted our afternoon on waiting for less than average food to be served by unhelpful staff. My advice is don't waste your time or money.

In response to your reply, I understand that things can go bad from time to time, but.... no one apologized to us, not the waitress and definitely no manager so maybe you are confusing our table with another complaint. Please hire a cleaning staff/lady ASAP

We came here Saturday morning with friends after seeing great reviews on Google Maps. Sadly, the experience didn’t match the expectations.

It was over 30°C outside, and the café had no cooling except some vents. We asked them to turn on the A/C, but it took around 10 minutes to feel any effect — we were already drenched in sweat. It’s unclear why the management doesn't cool the space in advance, especially in summer.

We ordered brunch with drinks. The wait time was longer than average, although the place wasn’t full. Drinks were great, but breakfast portions were small — one dish won’t fill you. My croissant with scrambled eggs was undercooked, not salted at all, and soggy. It felt like eating raw egg whites in a wet pastry.

Most importantly — the place looks lovely, but is very dirty. Tables, sofas, bathroom handles, toilets, taps — all visibly unclean. It seems management stopped caring. This café has great potential, but it urgently needs deep cleaning and daily maintenance.

I would gladly return if they make these small but important...

A reservation for nine people on a Sunday brunch, made by a friend for her birthday, was unexpectedly not honored upon arrival. After a 30-minute wait for seating in the busy restaurant, our coffee took 45 minutes to arrive, and the food took nearly two hours. Disappointingly, when we ordered pancakes, we were informed 30 minutes later that the kitchen had closed for brunch.
