Please check your standards. The orders are being messed up. When selecting options like remove something from the meal they don't care about those things. On drinks if asked or if we write in comments no ice, guess what? They put double ice. Like on purpose.

Just now I ordered 3 meals for kids and just 2 of them came. After 15 min on the chat with Foody I've been informed that the last meal will come in 15 min. So 30 in total. Try explaining to a 3 year old that his brothers got their meals and they are eating but he needs to wait a bit more, a bit more... and so on. There were plenty of times for minor things i didn't even bother to call back to get the specific sauce i ordered, although i was charged for it. Or for the mistakes with ice or other things. We are humas and we all make mkstakes. But i see it's happening. More often than expected.

They put more value on speed than on quality. It's that madness of leaving fast, sending the drivers from their door as soon as possible. Doesn't matter if the order is wrong. And I know rhey have specific persons for this kind of things, checking the orders and assemble...

Service is getting much worse in last 6months. Rude staff including the on duty supervisor. Tried three times to get a simple customised big mac order correct. Then blaming me (no way of bringing up my order on the app) for the mistake and clearly bugs in the app. So just shouting that it right rather than fixing the issue. Then making a mistake twice again. Asking me what country I come from is not a relevant question when trying to order it properly. Update : staff getting worse, now they send 2 or 3 to argue with you that it's the customers fault that the till doesn't show something that you order, like the till system not being setup correctly is the customers problem. But the unbelievable thing is send 3 people to argue with you that they didn't make a mistake and you should need to ask for a knife (but not a fork!) to eat a big breakfast, maybe I need to eat a whole pattie...
