Balti House Tandoori Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Oroklini

i would like to share my experience, recently i have visited there in larnaca with family of my friend, fortunately they were with their kid, who was really enjoying himself by going around the tables, but i really don’t have any idea if the kid have done something wrong. So, for that, manager attend us and requested to take care of the kid.but it was a kid where nobody can force them to do something but still his mother tried to keep him calm, but failed the kid still was running surrounding the tables, and what i ovserve no one complain about the kid neither to us nor to the manager. And unfortunately one of their table leave without ordering anything. And for that reason their manager blame us that because of our kid that table left without having their food.So i really feel bad for their poor service quality, where they want to keep restriction on the kid’s freedom. So, i can strongly recommend that, it’s not suitable to visit if you are planning with kids. Better to stay away and plan to visit somewhere else, where your kids can enjoy without any restaurant...

First I have to describe the attitude of the staff, because I was really surprised. I ordered Dal soup but I ate only a half because I thought it is with lentils inside and it was a pure cream soup. The waiter asked me whether I don’t like it and I said I prefer with lentils. And in ten minutes he brought me another one with lentils inside although I didn’t ask for it. Really friendly attitude to clients. The rest of meals was very good. Samosa dumplings on the picture had fantastic stuffing. Dough in Samosa could be a bit bitter but anyway it tasted great. The best was mix of meat from Tandoori oven. It was delicious, tender and very-well spiced. My wife had butter chicken and also was very satisfied. I ordered take-away from this restaurant, and the portion sizes were generous enough to feed two people! However, the highlight was the taste of the food. Everything is made with fresh ingredients, and you can tell from the rich flavor of each dish. My order was carefully prepared in containers that kept the food warm. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, and the staff who served me were very polite and attentive!
