I had one of the worst dining experiences of my life at Dine Out Express. Everything started off fine until I noticed that the lamb shish I ordered tasted off – not fresh, very different from how proper lamb shish should taste. I calmly mentioned it, thinking they would simply replace it with something else like chicken. Instead, the woman working there (an older lady with short orange hair) completely lost control.
She started raising her voice, insisting the food was “fresh” and “not contaminated,” and then, shockingly, she grabbed all of our plates from the table in front of everyone – as if we were dogs. I never said the rest of the food was bad, only that one lamb shish tasted wrong. But she humiliated us, made a scene, and embarrassed me, my wife, and my friend in front of the whole restaurant.
To make matters worse, at the end she accused us of being like “all the people” who apparently come there just to get out of paying. That alone says a lot – if she’s had so many “problems” with customers, maybe the problem isn’t the customers, but the food and the way she treats people.
This experience didn’t just ruin our meal – it left me feeling humiliated, disrespected, and honestly shocked. We were made to look like a joke in front of strangers when all I wanted was a simple replacement. No one deserves to be treated this way.
Absolutely terrible service, rude and unprofessional staff, and food that clearly isn’t always fresh. I wouldn’t recommend Dine Out...
Read moreThis place is quite phenomenal and easily overlooked as just yet another Psisteria, while it really is a lot more than that. First of all the variety of very "home cooked" dishes, you pick from the vitrine, ranges from comfort food like russian Syrniki to greek octopus stifado. Usually such a wide range should make one suspicious, expecting that either all of it is just very mediocre or some of it really bad. That is not at all the case at Dine Out Express. The whole range of culturally diverse dishes is excellent and everything tastes like prepared with utmost love and care.
But it doesn't end at whatever is on display in the vitrine. There's also a menu to order from, where you can for example, find Lamb souvlaki, (which generally isn't easily found around here) and it is excellent. Tender and juicy, grilled not a second too long or too short, just exactly as it should be.
One really wonders how a small place like this can handle so many dishes so well. The basis of this extraordinary achievement, is most likely a combination of genuine care and a high level of quality of all ingredients.
That also becomes very apparent, the moment you have the pleasure to meet the owners who can only be described as genuinely warm and welcoming people with a strong sense of integrity. There is nothing sold to you here that isn't more than worth the price...
Read moreAbsolutely loved my experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the owners made us feel so welcome, treating us with warmth and kindness. You can tell they truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to make everyone comfortable. The food was delicious. Every dish we tried was fresh and flavorful. The prices are reasonable, especially given the quality, making it a great spot for both small and large groups. One of the best parts was how family-friendly they are. They were so accommodating with our infant, offering a high chair, and even making him smile! It was great to see that we share family values. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to everyone looking for delicious food in a warm,...
