Pizza Hut - Oroklini — Restaurant in Oroklini

I have ordered a delivery through Wolt from this pizza hut. I have ordered a large double pepperoni pizza with 5 vegetable add-ons (total cost of pizza is €25,50). However, the delivered pizza had all add-ons but no double pepperoni, which obviously was supposed to be the main ingredient in a pepperoni pizza. I understand that such things can happen and there can be mix-ups in the kitchen. So instead of writing a bad review, I contacted Pizza Hut customer support through their website and also left a message for them when rating Wolt order. I waited a couple of days - no feedback at all. So I contacted Wolt support and they have promptly contacted Pizza hut (cudos to wolt support team as I think they are doing excellent job), and you know how pizza hut decided to handle this situation? They have returned €1.8 :) not taking into account that it was not a pepperoni pizza without pepperoni, and not even taking into account that the price difference between what I ordered and if I was to order the same pizza (create your own) but without pepperoni (totalling €20,80) would be €4,7 but not €1,8.

Food was terrible! We ordered nachos, the chips were stale and the "cheese sauce was awful" the guacamole was a weird colour and tasted awful. I ordered spaghetti bolognese, this was the worst bolognese I have ever tasted! The pasta was over cooked! And the sauce was watery and swimming in oil! It had no flavour and resembled something out of a tin! I would never order it again 🤮🤮

My 2 stars are purely for the staffs efforts, we were greeted when we walked in, seated promptly, drinks and food arrived quickly and they were overall lovely. Shame...

Got a burger from here it was frozen in the centre, told the waitress, she asked if I wanted another one, I said yes, as I was eating with other people, she then came out told me all the burgers were still frozen, I changed my meal, but by the time it came out everyone else had finished eating, I told her it was ok and I would take it out, she didn't take it away, instead she went and got pizza hut paper, wrapped it in front of us, and plonked it in front of me, no box or apologie, they do not have disabled toilets you have to go up a steel...
