Προμηθέας Μουττάλου — Restaurant in Paphos Municipality

This fantastic restaurant, is nestled on a rocky outcrop, looking out over Paphos and to sea. There would be fantastic sunset views from here, but alas, we arrived after the sun had gone down. A very large restaurant with lots of tables, both inside and outside. We chose to sit outside on the verandah. The waitress explained that they cook different dishes everyday, depending on what food they buy, so they don't have a menu. She explained the dishes that were available for that night, and we decided from there. We ordered the lamb chops and meatballs and souvlaki. There was a little wait as food was prepared and cooked fresh. We were given some warm pittas and tzatziki, while we waited. The food was lovely, and plentiful. The best food we had in Paphos! There’s no menu, they just tell you what’s prepared for the day. We ordered kebab and sheftalia at first but because it was so tasty we then also ordered pork, which was amazing! There was a football match on the day we were there so there were a lot of locals cheering for their team :) Great atmosphere, great service and a great experience overall. Highly recommended !!! Located on a subtle hill to see the stunning sunset We found this restaurant which offers typical cusine, not from a menu but depending on what they cook each day the meals may differ. We ate meatballs and pita, drank local wine which was the best local food we have enjoyed in Paphos.
