Bulls&Buns Burger Bar — Restaurant in Paphos Municipality

We arrived at around 09:20pm on Thursday night which, fair enough, is just over an hour before their closing time. But the waiter could not have cared less about us. He ignored us when we were asking for drinks multiple times, to the point where he was looking at us directly in the face and just walked away without saying a word. We asked for extra napkins at one point and he literally looked at us, reluctantly said yes, but then immediately rushed off to chat with a couple of locals who never even sat down to eat. We never got the napkins; we had to take them from an unoccupied table next to us. The food was delicious but we recieved two small thin burger patties in our burgers instead of the advertised one large patty, and they were all cooked well-done instead of medium which the menu states you will recieve unless you ask otherwise (not that he bothered asking us how we wanted them all cooked). We didn't bother complaining as it was still yummy. But the icing on the cake was that the ONLY time he was sort of nice to us was when he called my partner, "friend", when we asked for the bill...then after we paid he chose to keep our change for himself (which was several euros), and never bothered to even bring our receipt back to us; obviously assuming he could take advantage of some tourists. We know this because he served a couple of locals right next to us much faster and more politely, and then brought them their change and receipt almost immediately after they'd paid. We're actually regular visitors to Cyprus and had been here a couple times before and the service and everything was fantastic, so we definitely would've returned many more times this year and following years, were it not for that awful employee (who seemed to be the only server on shift, so we had not choice but to deal with him). The most disgusting restaurant service I've ever met. If you don't want to be in a boorish place, ban it! It is worth mentioning in the review that until today I have been making 2-3 orders a week in this place for six months.

I always ordered the same food: old school medium-rare. But today I received an order in which the meat is literally raw (like tartar). Having opened a dispute in wolt for a new delivery or refand, the restaurant refused, arguing that they know their job! This is crazy and insane! When I called them directly and explained the situation, their manager or whoever, replied that they would not deliver a new order or refund the money, because i rushed them (?????) Actually, yes, because I was hungry.

I am a regular customer, I have seen and eaten your burgers many times, and you convince me that everything was cooked correctly. As a result, you are left without a regular customer, trust and respect. I will ALSO NOT recommend you to all colleagues and friends, because knowing your job, you should also know what a responsible and friendly business is. Good luck with...

They don’t even deserve the one star. We ordered some starters and a couple of burgers. We made it clear what we wanted as starters. 20 minutes later, the people next to us that came after us already had their drinks and we didn’t. We talked to the waitress who apologised and brought the drinks and said the starters were on their way. I politely asked her to make sure the order was sent to which she reassured me she did. One hour later, no food, the waitress’ excuse was that she works two jobs and then she said it’s because one of the other waiters didn’t pick up some ready food at another table so the kitchen messed up. We cancelled our order and left. They made us pay for our drinks. The owner did not even apologise when I talked to her. The service is 0/100. No consideration to the customer, no manners.
