Make up your own mind Arrived just after 7.30pm, requiring a table for 7. We were greeted by the owner and shown to our table. Within 4 or 5 minutes the menus arrived, then nothing for 50 minutes. During these 50 minutes another 4 tables had been filled around us and were all enjoying pre-dinner drinks. After trying to get member of staffs attention a young girl came over and I said we had been in one hour now and hadn't even been offered a drink. Her response was "don't tell me I only work here" thats when I said get me the Manager then. The owner came over and I told him my annoyance and he shrugged his shoulders and said we are busy. When we mentioned that 4 tables around us had been served drinks and now food had arrived and they came after us, his reply was we don't know who is first. The bad night and bad service continued.... So to conclude the review, 2 main meals arrived at 9.15pm, another 2 main meals arrived at 9.25pm of which one was wrong, we had ordered a pork steak in diane sauce and got a pork chop with no sauce, so this had to be recooked. Another 2 meals at 9.35pm and the last one turned up at 10pm and this one was a pizza. The 10pm one was sent back as the rest of us had eaten. At around 10.05pm we asked for the bill, it came with the returned meal still on the check. The owner came and said as the returned meal was only only a minute behind everyone else's then we should pay. His words "you holiday makers want things for nothing" I said we are refusing to pay and you can get the police, at which point he whispered into my friends ear, pay or all the staff will start!!! We laughed.... I refused to pay and told him to get the police, he finally took the 7th meal off the check and we finally got out of the place 10.45

I made the mistake of eating here. I ordered squid as a main meal. I asked on three separate occasions if it was fresh or frozen. I was told they have both. I asked for fresh and was told that it was no problem. When I ordered, I again asked for fresh, and when it was brought to the table, I asked again if it was fresh. Each time being told it was. Imagine my surprise, when I'd almost finished my meal to be told it was frozen. Apparently, somehow this was my fault. I explained that I'd asked 3 people for fresh fish not frozen, and the excuse was that I'd not asked the right person. When I'd asked to see the manager, I was curtly told that he's gone home. This was 2pm, lunchtime. I rufused to pay the whole bill and only took off 5 euros. You would have thought I'd invaded the southern portion or Cyprus with and army of decomposing frogs. At this point, a woman who had been giving orders approached and said, although they had made a mistake, I would have to pay full price. I again explained I wouldn't, and if they continued to insist that I should, I'd pay nothing until I saw the manager. The woman {not the owner who was sitting giving orders to the staff) then agreed to take the lower fee. I paid by card, and while I was trying to explain my position, the African waitress snatched the machine away, sucked her teeth and walked off. There are a huge amount of places to eat in Protaras. This is certainly not one to visit. They claim to be an authentic Italian restaurant. Vladamir Putin is more Italian than this place. If you're hungry, try anywhere but this place. The one place in Cyprus that was disappointing during my stay. If I could give -1...

NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU ARE IN PROTARAS. My partner and I went, service was terrible, we were repeatedly rushed to order food and drinks when we stated we weren’t ready and staff consistently hovered around us throughout our whole time in the restaurant. My partner ordered sirloin steak and explicitly said he did not want it pink inside, attached is a picture of how it turned up with blood clearly visible. My pasta had NO taste and they knew because they gave me a whole huge dish of parmesan to cover this up. We both ate one mouthful of each dish before asking for the bill with the mains taken off - we were more than happy to pay for the drinks and starters but the mains we’re disgusting and not satisfactory. A picture of the pathetic garlic bread with cheese is below too. The owner came over aggressively while we remained calm and explained our unhappiness with the meal, the owner began shouting in my partners face saying ‘ if you don’t like the food pay now and never come back’ when he hadn’t eaten any of the food and when he asked him to stop shouting at him , the man physically grabbed my partners head with both hands and was very violent. My partner tried to walk off into another part of the restaurant to avoid a violent incident, the owner followed him and was aggressively pushing and trying to fight him. I grabbed the owner by his shirt to attempt to get him away from my partner and he turned around with a closed fist attempting to hit me but a colleague caught his arm to prevent him from doing so.
