An absolute gem! Kanas restaurant - under new management - exceeded all expectations.

The food was simply magnificent, especially the pork and chicken kebab, potatoes, meatballs, zucchini omelet, sausage, seftalies and haloumi. The variety and flavors were outstanding.

The service was top-notch, and the owner, Sotiris, was truly terrific—attentive, friendly, and passionate about his restaurant. I would give more stars if I could.

If you are looking for an authentic restaurant where the locals eat, this is the place. The moussaka was incredible. You could taste the homemade authentic flavours. This was pure melt in your moth goodness. We also ordered two mixed pitas, one pork and one chicken. The sheftalia were the best I have tasted since my grandmother stopped making them 10 years ago. Owner not very attentive to our order and requirements. Seemed more interested in running over to attend his friends on another table. Ordered Mousaka which would have been nice but was cold in the middle. Obviously microwaved. Sent it back and another whole piece was brought out and that was pretty much the same and just very slightly warmer. Waited 45 minutes before we got some bread and a small plate of Tahini but only after asking several times. Other food ordered by our group was average quality.
