We want to express our gratitude to waitress Viktoria, thanks to whom we decided to stay and have a meal at the café. When we first walked in and looked at the menu on the board, it seemed like there wasn’t much food available, and we were about to leave. However, Viktoria approached us with a warm and polite attitude, letting us know that they actually offer a brunch menu.

Absolutely dreadful service — glacially slow staff who seem to be in no rush whatsoever. We placed our order and, unbelievably, it took a staggering one hour and five minutes to arrive. By the time it reached the table, we’d practically aged a decade.

It’s painfully obvious there’s an inexperienced chef hiding in the kitchen, hopelessly floundering under the sheer weight of orders. The whole operation feels like a tragic comedy — except no one’s laughing.
