We had a short visit in Ceské Budjeovic and stumbled upon this restaurant and since we were in Prague for a while eating traditional dishes. We decided to give the restaurant a try and i have to say it didn’t disappoint a bit.The Homely feel and the Very friendly staff made this visit a total 10/10.
We ordered the following items 1: Lamb Thali 2: Chicken thali 3: Pork Kheema stuffed Naan 4: Fish Rara 5: Gulab Jamun for dessert
The thali was a pure bomb and value for money we decided to choose the naan instead of rice,it consisted of the main meat curry ,lentil bhaji and a different bhaji of vegetables which me and my partner enjoyed the most ,alongside with some fresh raita The Pork keema naan wasn’t exactly for my taste palette however it was a flavourful and stuffed with a mixture of soft boiled potato mixed with kheema. The Fish rara was a perfect blend of mild spices and gravy a treat indeed Finally closed of with the sweet gulab jamun (Gulab Jamun can certainly never go wrong with taste) Cheers to the amazing host
**Please note the portions are huge go...

The manager didn't seem to acknowledge my complaint, he smelled the dish and pretended it was fine. I paid the full price and left the restauraunt disappointed, when leaving I think I heard the manager shouting at someone in the kitchen. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time the food wasn't fresh, but after the last time I decided to not go...
Read moreLooking for a place to eat I found this Indian restaurant with a very good rewiew on google maps. It was a little bit hard to find because it wasn’t par Terre but on the first floor, but the food was really awesome. The chicken mushroom soup was sensational, so I ordered two of it, the fish pakora was also very delicious and the lamb was so soft, much better than the Indian restaurants in Munich. If you like Indian food and are in Budweis, you should definitely...
