Here are my take-downs :

We made reservation for the same day by a call.

No wait time after arrival.

Place was cozy and neat. Washrooms were clean.

Place can accommodate any size of groups.

Service-staffs were polite and kind.

We ordered Chicken wings, Argentina Rib eye steak, lemonade and desperados(beer).

Chicken wings felt nice at the beginning, but the continued taste of BBQ sauce felt saturated. The quantity was more than expected for the price and completely filling. We could not finish it.

We liked the bread and the dips that came along with the chicken wings platter.

The steak (which I ordered to be well done) was juicy and tastier but my jaws were paining while I ate it. However I finished it.

Steak platter came with French fries and cedar cheese, which was not great. I would prefer the bread instead of fries.

Overall the ambience felt warm and the food was average but presentation and quantity...

I've been here many times for many years. Despite the fact that prices are little bit more expensive than in some other places, I am willing to pay it because the quality was used to be amazing.

However, I have to say that lately last 3 times I've been there, just beer was good.

Chicken wings undercooked, ribs undercooked, is like they have too many orders and rather than leave the food for 10 minutes longer in the oven they just take it away.

I really love the place, and this is why I kept going, but after 3 times with the food issue ... not sure if I will ever go back.

Maybe is time to get more ovens.

I will be happy to change my rate in the future if I see improvement.

edit: after another attempt, the meat in the burger was still frozen, the chicken wings tasteless......

It was my 1st time here with bunch of friends. It was recommended by one of our friend. I am giving 5 star despite the fact they forgot one of our order which understandable coz it was almost full hse. Waitress politely came and apologized.The food was fantastic, we had chicken,pork ribs and all well cooked. The ribs was well marinated. Chicken wing was so tender. But i think wht i like the most is their service. The waiter & waitress are very friendly. Being a traveller u often noticed wht are other part of the world can offer. And service is the most important thing whn it come to these kinda industries. Ppl who make u feels like home despite diff language and culture. Suzie's clearly understand...
